Villa Lorea @47 offers a cosy self-catering apartment and a studio situated in Dana Bay Observatory, offering guests a comfortable stay with uninterrupted sea views.

The self-catering apartment is located on the ground floor of the house and has a sleeping capacity of 4 adults and 2 children. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed that can be converted into 2 single beds and a child-only bed that can accommodate 2 children. The second bedroom is furnished with an extra-large king-size bed. This bedroom features a seating area, dining area, tea- and coffee-making facilities, and a fridge. The shared bathroom is fitted with a toilet, basin, and shower. A guest toilet is also available. All linen and towels are provided. Each bedroom has a private entrance as well.

The unit has a kitchenette area equipped with a fridge-freezer, 2-plate gas stove, microwave, frying pan, air fryer, kettle, toaster, basic cutlery, and crockery. The lounge has comfortable couches and leads out to the covered balcony that has an 8-seater dining table with a view.

The spacious 1-bedroom studio is furnished with a king-size bed and features its own private bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet, as well as an open-plan lounge and dining area with a tea- and coffee-making station.

This property has a sparkling swimming pool, and braai, that overlooks the beautiful ocean, as well as a separate outdoor seating area. These facilities are shared with the owners residing on the top level of the house. Guests are afforded safe parking on the premises for 2 vehicles and a trailer.

It is a quiet area where small antelope and rabbits roam freely, and birds wake guests early in the mornings with their songs. It is far enough from town to avoid traffic noise, yet close enough to reach everything quickly, located about 10 kilometers from Mossel Bay CBD and within walking distance of the first beach in Dana Bay.
