Villa Lorea @47 is a cosy self-catering apartment situated in Dana Bay Observatory, offering guests a comfortable stay with uninterrupted sea views.
This lovely unit on the ground floor of the house has a sleeping capacity of 6 adults and 2 children. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed that can be converted into 2 single beds and a child-only bed that can accommodate 2 children. The second bedroom is furnished with an extra-large king-size bed and offers an en-suite bathroom fitted with a toilet, basin, and shower. This bedroom features a seating area, dining area, tea- and coffee-making facilities, and a fridge. The third bedroom has a queen-size bed. The first and third bedrooms share a bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, basin, and toilet. All linen and towels are provided. Each bedroom has a private entrance as well.
The unit has a kitchenette area equipped with a fridge-freezer, 2-plate gas stove, microwave, frying pan, air fryer, kettle, toaster, basic cutlery, and crockery. The lounge has comfortable couches and leads out to the covered balcony that has a 4-seater dining table with a view.
This property has a sparkling swimming pool, braai, and lawn area, that overlooks the beautiful ocean, as well as a separate outdoor seating area. These facilities are shared with the owners residing in the top level of the house. Guests are afforded safe parking on the premises for 2 vehicles and a trailer.
It is a quiet area where small antelope and rabbits roam freely, and birds wake guests early in the mornings with their song. It is far enough from town to avoid traffic noise, yet close enough to reach everything quickly, located about 10 kilometers from Mossel Bay CBD and within walking distance of the first beach in Dana Bay.
