The breakage deposit is payable on arrival and will be refunded within 3 days after the check-out date.

No noise is allowed after 22:00 pm
Any missing items in the unit will be considered theft.
This unit only has a capacity for only 6 persons. If this is exceeded, guests will be asked to vacate the premises without any refund.
