@ Villa Riviera 3 is a well-furnished holiday apartment located on the ground floor of a secure complex in Hartenbos. This apartment boasts lovely views of the river from the doorstep and is ideally located about 1 km from various restaurants, shops, and the well-known ATKV heated swimming pool.
This lovely apartment sleeps 6 guests and comprises 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, and a living area. The main bedroom has a king-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet with a bidet, and a wash basin. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and the second bathroom is fitted with a bath, shower, toilet, and washbasin.
The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, gas hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, basic cutlery, and crockery, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. The living area is furnished with a double sleeper couch and flat-screen TV installed with Showmax and Netflix. Free Wi-Fi is also available.
The sliding doors open to the private patio with a dining table and chairs, and a Weber gas braai. There are extra braai facilities outside on the lawn with a beautiful view of the Hartenbos River. The Riviera Hotel adjoins the complex where guests can use the swimming pool. Free and secure parking is available under a shade net on site as well as a designated lock-up garage.
