Breakage Deposit

House Rules
In order for a booking to be honoured the following documents are required 48 hours prior to the stay date:
1. A copy of ID / Passport for each adult
2. Proof of residence (if SA citizen)
3. Signed and completed booking form and booking rules
4. Vehicle registration, make and model
Guests should please bring along their own towels.
Not included in the quote:
A breakage deposit of R1000.
Linen fee of R500 - only applicable for 2-night stays.
This is a residential complex with a no-noise policy.
We do not accommodate bookings for guests under the age of 25. At least 1 person in the group must be older than 25.
A 1-hour cleaning service is available from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays and two-night bookings. This cleaning service includes making beds, cleaning bathrooms, and braais, and sweeping and mopping all floors, but does not include dishes.
The parking is not suitable for large vehicles.
Smoking is strictly prohibited.
