Suite Nassau nestled in the serene Helderberg Estate, Suite Nassau offers a delightful retreat on the first floor of the main house with its own entrance through a staircase sideways the house, providing self-catering accommodation for both business and leisure travellers. This spacious apartment can accommodate 4 guests and comprises a beautifully furnished bedroom with a king-sized bed. An additional king-size bed is thoughtfully positioned in a cosy wing leading from the living area. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, washbasin, and toilet, and all linen and bath towels are provided. The open-plan living area invites relaxation, with a kitchen fully equipped with an oven, stove, microwave, coffee machine, cutlery, crockery, and tea and coffee-making facilities. A dishwasher adds to the convenience. The living area is warmed by a fireplace and offers a comfortable lounge space alongside a dining table with chairs. Step out onto the balcony or into the garden to enjoy outdoor furniture, braai facilities which is a movable braai in a private garden, and a breath of fresh air. A large flat-screen TV provides entertainment, while a desk with a monitor and access to free Wi-Fi cater to those who need to stay connected. In the summer season, there is access to a 32-square-meter saltwater swimming pool. This is a communal pool shared with other units. The villa is centrally located near Cape Town and Stellenbosch in the middle of the beautiful Winelands. The airport and the beach are within easy reach.

There is a family member of the owner and/or staff member on site.
It must be quiet outside (no music) after 11 pm. Voice levels must be lowered after 11 pm. Between 11 pm and 7 am it must be quiet in the rooms, public and outside areas.
Loud parties are not allowed at all.
Smoking is prohibited inside the het bed rooms. Smoking is allowed in the other areas.
Visitors are not allowed. If you want to invite visitors, please make arrangements with a staff member.
The check-in time is after 2 pm (earlier check ins can be agreed after consultation and approval of the landlord) and the check-out time is 10 am at the latest (later check outs can be agreed after consultation and approval of the landlord.
The outside areas have CCTV monitoring.
The opening times of the swimming pool are from 10 am to 8 pm. If you want other opening times, please consult a staff member.

Villa The Flying Dutchman offers self-catering accommodation that occupies the ground floor main house in the Helderberg Estate area in Somerset West. It is centrally located near Cape Town and Stellenbosch, in the middle of the beautiful Winelands, granting guests easy access to the nearest beach. This holiday home can accommodate 6 guests. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and it has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, washbasin, and toilet. The second bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, washbasin, and toilet. The third bedroom is furnished with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, washbasin, and toilet. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, stove, oven, toaster, ice machine, fryer, microwave, basic cutlery and crockery, as well tea- and coffee-making facilities. There is also a scullery with a washing machine. The living area has a fireplace and a dining table with chairs. The spacious courtyard has outdoor furniture and braai facilities. There is also an entertainment area with a flat-screen TV. Guests can unwind and take a dip in the communal pool. Secure parking is available for a maximum of 5 vehicles on the premises.
