Description
Vineyard View is tucked away in the large gardens at Le Verger in Devon Valley only 9 min from Central Stellenbosch. This unit has backup power during loadshedding.
Accommodation is provided in a private cabin consisting of 2 spacious en-suite bedrooms with spectacular views. Each bedroom features air-conditioning and is furnished with a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower and a toilet. Linen is provided. Space to do some office work is provided in each bedroom. There is also a Nespresso machine, a deck and a private braai area. Activities include reading under shady trees, a stroll to the pool area and several areas from which to enjoy the amazing valley views. The unit has a smart TV, where guests can sign into their own login on the app of their choice.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a gas stove, an oven, a fridge-freezer, a microwave, a dishwasher, cutlery and crockery. There is also a washer/dryer.
The unit has a natural water supply that might have a slightly different colour due to natural occurring tannins in the water, but all the water goes through a very extensive purifying system and is safe to use.
All Avemore apartments are family-friendly, A crib, baby bath and baby chair are available on request and there is a storage facility for luggage if needed.
Ample free parking is available behind an electrical gate and fencing, and a dedicated security team is on duty.
Guests can sit back, relax, enjoy a local glass of wine, sunbathe on the private deck, or picnic beneath the shady trees. Guests can also jog or walk to the olive trees. Guests have access to the communal swimming pool as well as the private hot tub.
Stellenbosch offers guests an exquisite taste of life alongside the beautiful vineyards of the Cape Winelands and the mountainous nature reserves of Jonkershoek and Simonsberg. Nearby activities include hiking, wine tasting, bird watching, cycling and horse riding. A list of wonderful wine farms and restaurants can be provided.
