Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Smoking is prohibited in the unit.
Pets are not allowed.
No matric holiday bookings.
No parties or functions are allowed.
Prepaid electricity is provided. In the event that the allocated amount is exceeded, guests must top it up by purchasing electricity vouchers.
Guests must please bring their own beach towels. No bath towels may be used on the beach.
No laundry may be hung over the balcony arrangement, guests must please. use the drying racks.
No items may be thrown over the balcony.
Only 1 vehicle is allowed. Guests may only park in the designated parking space.
Guests must keep noise to a minimum, and quiet time is between 23:00 and 07:00.
Parents must supervise their children at all times.
The complex's rules must be followed at all times.
The owners of Vista Bonita 57, agents and the legal entity of Vista Bonita Home Owners Association, will not be held liable for any injuries, loss of life or any other claims arising or resulting from any accident that the tenant or guests, he/she or their family, whether further guests come over.
The owners of Vista Bonita 57 will not be held responsible for the loss of any belongings or valuables.
