Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R6000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
- The refundable breakage deposit will be payable to this office a minimum of 21-days prior to arrival date. This payment can be via credit card or EFT. This office will contact you at time of booking to provide payment details.
- No student/matric rage bookings or groups, events, functions. This accommodation is purely family accommodation and we reserve the right to cancel any booking that does not fall within this category.
- Pets allowed only by prior request and arrangement. Any damage to property due to pet's occupancy, including fumigation, will be for the occupants account.
- This accommodation is within an estate that is governed by specific rules & regulations which must be adhered to and respected by all guests. Please contact this office for full copy of these rules.
- The solar-heated lap pool is 1.5 m deep. The pool is not fenced and has no cover. Use is at your own risk.
