Extra Fees
In addition to the rates in the table above, this property also charges a once-off R700 cleaning fee per booking.
Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R2000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Costs of breakages will be dealt directly with guests withtin 7 days after check-out.
No more than 8 guests are allowed in the house. A fine of R2000 per person per night will be levied for more than 8 people in the house.
Please note towels are provided but guests need to bring their own swimming towels.
DStv is available, but guests need to bring their own decoder and smart card.
Please note the following booking requirements:
- During school holidays a minimum stay of 7 days is required.
- Bookings have to be made 12 months in advance.
- Long weekends: The entire weekend must be booked, including the holidays.
- During the December holidays from 13 to 27 December and from 27 December to 10 January, the unit will be rented in 2 blocks.
- If desired to overlap both Christmas and New Years a minimum of 28 days booking required, therefore from 13 December to 10 January.
