Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R2200 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
A small pet is allowed on the property, however, pre-arrangement only.
Smoking in designated areas at the bar and braai area only is allowed.
No eating and drinking in the bedrooms.
House must be left in a neat and tidy state. Cleaning cost of a professional cleaning company will be deducted from the Breakage deposit if the property is left untidy and visibly dirty.
No extra guests are allowed than paid for.
