Parking is available only in designated areas.
Guests should refrain from making loud noises between 22:00 and 07:00.
Guests should please be cautious of small children as the apartment is located by a lake.
No parties allowed.
No boom boxes or loud music permitted.
Guests can only braai in designated braai areas around the lake. The braai facilities around the lake require prior booking; guests should please arrange at least 2 weeks in advance.
Guests should please use the public pool with minimal noise and clean up after themselves. Bins are provided.
Day visitors are not allowed to stay overnight unless the total occupancy does not exceed 6 guests.
Fireworks are prohibited.
