Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
A refundable breakage deposit will be due in cash upon arrival. The individual responsible for the reservation will be held accountable for covering any damages that surpass the breakage deposit amount.
Additional rules:
A late check-in fee of payable per hour applies to arrivals after 17:00. This is merely to cover staff transport costs.
The "no extra guests" rule applies, meaning no unregistered or unpaid guest may enter the property at any point during the stay. Prior arrangement needs to be made with management. Should management or the owner think that other guests, staying over or not, or on the property, an extra fine of R800 per person will be charged.
This is a residential area, with the relevant bylaws on noise and nuisance being applicable.
No loud music or noise is allowed during the stay.
Quiet hours are strictly between 22:00 - 07:00.
Smoking/vaping in any of the rooms is strictly forbidden and guests will be held liable for damages if they smoke in the rooms.
Please refrain from eating in the rooms. For this purpose, feel free to use the dining room, braai area, or kitchen.
Our check-out time on the day of departure is strictly before 10:00 AM. A late check-out fee payable per hour will be charged after 10:00 AM. Guests are welcome to arrange a late check-out based on the above fee charged.
