Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R300 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
- Check-in is from 14:00 -17:00
- A late arrival fee will be applicable after 17:00 and per hour thereafter is charged to cover staff transport costs. We do not have any public transport available after 17:00 and staff need to rely on private transport, which costs more. The late arrival fee can be paid straight towards the staff.
- We can recommend various restaurants in the area for breakfast.
- Smoking is completely forbidden inside the units. Ashtrays are provided on the patio.
- Only booked-in guests will be allowed at Watershed Guest House.
- No pets allowed.
- Please respect and consider the peace and privacy of other guests and neighbours at all times.
- No loud music is allowed. Keep noise levels down after 22:00.
- Kindly advise the staff if you encounter any problems or need assistance during your stay.
- When leaving the unit, please ensure all electric appliances have been switched off, like electric blankets, air-conditioners etc.
- Please lock doors and windows when leaving the unit.
- Check-out is strictly at 10:00 a.m. on the morning of departure.
