No smoking or hubbly bubbly pipes inside the house. Ashtrays are provided on outside tables.

Kindly keep the noise down from 22h00 til 08h00 - consider neighbours and the wildlife (Waterside Haven is on the edge of the Zandvlei Nature Reserve).
Children are to be supervised at all times. The swimming pool and the lakeside are not fenced off.
