No parties are allowed.
Quiet hours are strictly from 21:00 to 09:00. Guests will be asked to leave the premises immediately if any noise complaints are received after 21:00.
Smoking is not allowed inside the unit.
No day visitors are allowed.
No pets are allowed on the premises, except by prior arrangement with the owner.
A fee will be charged for arrivals after 22:00, as indicated by the host. A fine will be imposed for late departures. Replacement keys and remotes will incur an additional fee.
The wood-fired hot tub is used at guests' own risk.
