Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1500 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
No smoking is allowed inside the cottage but you are welcome to smoke outside on the patio or in the garden.
Please use the ashtrays provided.
Although the grounds are secure, please lock the doors and close the windows when leaving the cottage.
If you break anything please let the host know and also let them know if anything is missing.
Occupancy at any time, for any reason, is limited to the number of persons agreed upon as per your reservation.
No pets are allowed on the premises.
Please park your car under the carport and not on the grass.
No Parties are allowed, and please keep the noise levels low and respect the neighbors.
No firearms are allowed on the premises.
No drugs or illegal substances are allowed on the premises.
