A great home base when exploring the surrounding areas.

The Flat was really a home away from home that met and exceeded my every need. I enjoyed the location as it is really close to the main road but far enough away that the noise doesn't bother. You can even see a bit of the estuary from the Flat's deck with a safe place to park. Teresa is an absolute gem. When she found out it was my first time visiting the area, she took me on a quick tour and showed me many of the lookout points and told a bit of the history of the area. I really appreciated her suggestions on things to do and places to eat. I feel like I got to know the true Knysna from the local's point of view.
