House Rules

Rates displayed are on a self-catering basis.
Guests please need to check in at the office; from here you will be directed to the property.
Please bring your own lanterns or lights in case of load shedding.
The right of admission reserved by management.
Guests take full responsibility for all breakages, damages or losses during the rental period; whether by occupants or guests.
Premises and all equipment are used at own risk, and Etna's Accommodation and/or the home-owners will not be held responsible for any losses or damages during the stay.
Only the permitted number of people, children included, are allowed on the property. If the capacity is exceeded, guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately.
No 21st, matric, or loud parties are allowed.
No under 21's without proper adult supervision will be allowed.
No refunds for shortened stays.
Guests please need to bring their own decoder and smart card for DStv; unfortunately, there are no ports for PVR decoders.
Please note, sections of the house are accessed via stairs, and may not be suitable for young children, the elderly, or guests with disabilities.
Pets are welcome with prior arrangement.
Please note the garage is not included in the rental.
