Pleasant.

The reception was poor and the DStv wasn't working, so we missed the first half of the rugby. But we managed to get it going.

Very bad experience.

After 2 hours after the check-in, we left horrified. Awful welcome from what we think was a cleaning lady dressed in a pink gym outfit, holding a newborn baby, barely speaking English and just saying we have to sign the check-in papers. Then she took us to our bedroom, which was dated, old, and a stinky dirty room. The TV was not working, the carpet was so old and dirty. It was awful. We decided to leave the accommodation and move somewhere else. I will never recommend such a place to anyone I know.
