Clean, comfortable, spacious.

Mrs. is always incredibly friendly and helpful. This was our second time staying here.

We had quite a pleasant stay, the hosts were going out of their way to accommodate us even where it was not necessary.

Best place I've ever stayed in PE. The staff is super efficient and nice, cleanliness up to standard. We were accommodated in a way that was never expected. We had lots of fun.

Very warm welcome by the host at the premises.

I enjoyed the happy environment and the property had facilities that accommodate a healthy and comfortable stay right through my stay.

Volgens die fotos van die bespreekte kamer sou daar 'n see view wees en die kamer self is baie klein. Die kamer was toe die verste en het uitgekyk op die hondehokke. Die aircon was geroes. TV-kanale het nie gewerk nie. Yskas was nie ingeplug en aan nie. Swembad was toe onderdak.

Aunty Sashee and uncle Naidoo are the most wonderful hosts we have ever experienced. Both are warm, and welcoming, and go the extra mile to ensure your stay is comfortable and pleasant. The unit accommodates 2 children and 3 adults in 3 separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped, and appliances like a kettle, microwave, and iron are provided. We had our own braai area and easy access to the pool. The cleaning service is exceptional. Huge thank you to the lady who took care of our unit. Coming back to an impeccably clean unit every day was truly a blessing. The location is excellent, just a few minutes walk to a clean beach. The location is peaceful and tranquil. Shops are nearby. Central town is a mere 15mins away. We will highly recommend staying with Mr and Mrs Naidoo. We were very sad to depart. A piece of our hearts will always be with Whales Way Lodge.

Ek en my vrou sal beslis weer daar bly, dit is skoon, stil netjies by die stad, maar nie in die stad nie en die gasvrou is een fantastiese mens.

The host was very nice and friendly.

The huge problem was the cleanliness of the house. The cutlery, crockery, glasses and pots were oily. Some even had dirty marks still on them, you can see that it was not washed in sunlight liquid. It was really awful, we didn't eat there or cook at all. Also the bedding and the frills on the beds are so dirty. The wash basins had dirty rings right around. I didn't even want to brush my teeth in it. The place is so spacious and nice but cleanliness means a lot and it's a health factor as well. I will not go there again or refer anyone unless I know that they have improved 100%.

If you are looking for spacious accommodation for a group of 20 people then Whales Way Lodge is the place. It is well equipped and all rooms are comfortable. Our hosts made it possible for us to enjoy our stay.

Nie wat ons verwag het. Nie gekry waarvoor ons betaal het.

Hulle het alles wat ons gesoek het, maar meer as die helfte van dit was nie soos geadverteer. Daar is n braaier, maar kan hom nie gebruik nie en dit het ons baie gekos om uit te eet. Swembad was toe en eers nadat ons gevra het om dit te gebruik kon ons swem op die sesde dag van ons sewedag-vakansie, maar in 'n vuil swembad. Kry stukkende badhanddoeke, waterpype raas erg, alles in die chalet is mismatched. Sitbankoortreksels baie vuil. Adverteer satelliet-TV, maar daar is net Openview. Adverteer al die kamers het aircon en vans, maar net die hoofslaapkamer het. Ons moes elke dag baie ver ry om by die main beach uit te kom. Ons het baie betaal en is regtig ongelukkig oor die verblyf. Hulle kan regtig let op fyner detail!

Baie goed behandel.

Vriendelike personeel en baie skoon. Naby die see en veilige verblyf.

Baie aangenaam.

Baie netjies en veilig. Baie vriendelike en hulpvaardige gasvrou. Ekstra moeite gedoen tydens loadshedding.

Dis 'n bed, 'n stort en 'n toilet.

T.s.v. dat ons bevestig het dat ons kom was ons kamers nie reg toe ons inboek nie. Dit het voorgekom asof mense verward is. Dit is net 'n oornagplek.
