Fantasties, asemrowend, daar is nie genoeg woorde nie!

Perfect group stay in Jeffrey's Bay.

The whole process was great and the property bigger and more spacious than what we expected. We could also make use of the double garage which was appreciated and overall a great spot for a group of friends to spend some time together. The area was quiet and relaxing with a beautiful view! I would visit again! The wifi also stayed on during loadshedding!

Was 'n heerlike groot, goeie toegeruste huis met 'n great kuierarea.

Ons was regtig baie vriendelik verras met die huis, dis luuks verby. Ek wil nie eintlik 'n review skryf nie, want ek wil die plek vir myself hê. Daar is alles en meer wat jy nodig het, sommer drie yskaste! Beddegoed is mooi skoon en netjies, daar is badkamers orals en mooi skoon. Die braai-area was die beste, lekker beskut met 'n see-uitsig. Ek is nie seker hoekom die eienaar hierdie huis wil uitverhuur nie, want ek sou nie so mooi huis oorlaat aan vreemdelinge nie. Ek gaan verseker weer boek, ek hoop maar dit bly 'n hidden gem.

We were really pleasantly surprised with the house, it's beyond luxurious. I don't really want to write a review because I want the place to myself. There is everything and more you need, just three fridges! Bedding is nice and clean, there are bathrooms everywhere and nice and clean. The braai area was the best, nicely sheltered with a sea view. I'm not sure why the owner wants to rent this house out, because I wouldn't leave such a nice house to strangers. I will definitely book again, I hope it remains a hidden gem.

Perfect.

The accommodation was everything we have seen online. Very clean and neat. Friendly host and very helpful. Loadshedding was a bit of a problem but other than that we had a wonderful stay! Will definitely be visiting soon!

Our stay was amazing, beautiful view. I have absolutely nothing to complain about.

The host was friendly and always available to assist via the phone. There's honestly nothing to complain about. The house is beautiful and equipped with everything you need.

Uncomfortable.

Upon check-in the unit was not clean. They had then left the dishes from the previous holiday guests in the dishwasher. The beds were broken, the curtains were moldy, the cupboards had a moldy smell. The cutlery was dirty. We were told the pool would be cleaned, but the pool cleaner never pitched. The doors were dirty and couldn't close properly. The host was very rude and seemed very impatient. Not friendly at all.

This review is absolutely unfair as these guests were incredibly difficult and a nightmare to host, they tried to find fault in anything and everything in order to obtain discount. Firstly they did not communicate with the host regarding check in time, just pitched up before check in time while we were still cleaning the house and getting it ready for check in. We were bombarded with guests fighting over rooms, standing everywhere not giving us the space to finish our job, the kitchen was packed with their stuff and we did not have the space to pack the dishes away. The beds were broken by the guests. The cupboards are always clean and spritzed with a room freshener, the linen was washed and smelled nice and clean. Cutlery and crockery were checked and was clean. The doors are stacking doors and closes properly when someone does not force it and uses it correctly. These guests were extremely rude and I wish for no other hosts to go through this experience, guests like these should be banned from accommodation platforms.
