Alvesta is situated in a quiet residential area in the middle of the Helderkruin community in Roodepoort situated within close proximity to the Kloofendal Nature Reserve, and conveniently located within easy access to shopping centres, businesses, and restaurants.

The guest house offers comfortable accommodation in a variety of en-suite rooms, suitable for both the business and leisure traveller. Each room is creatively named and inspired by a few of the uniquely beautiful towns of South Africa, tastefully decorated to give it that personal touch. Each room is equipped with a fully stocked bar fridge, tea- and coffee-making facilities, and a selection of HD satellite TV channels. Warm hospitality and hearty breakfasts are prepared with delicacy by our well-trained staff. Guests are also welcome to use the swimming pool, which is fitted with a safety net.

Another unique feature of Alvesta is that it doubles up as an art gallery. National roads are closely situated, offering easy access to places of interest close by, such as the Ruimsig Athletics Stadium, Lanseria Airport, wedding and conference venues, Coca-Cola Dome, the Cradle of Humankind, Soccer City, and Walter Sisulu National Botanical Gardens.
