- The Hoedspruit Wildlife Estate is a residential Estate in a wildlife area, residents choose to live here because of the tranquillity in a natural setting that the Estate offers.
- No speeding, the speed limit is 40 kilometres per hour on the tar roads and 20 kilometres per hour on the gravel roads.
- No littering.
- No pets permitted.
- No feeding, approaching or catching animals.
- No walking on the roads or public areas at night, as large predators do occur on the estate.
- No noise or any music permitted.
- No fireworks allowed.
- No drones allowed.
- No access to the green belt between 22:00 and 05:00.
- No collecting of firewood allowed.
- No fires except in the braai area.
- Please cover/put out unattended fires.
- Failure to follow these rules will result in action being taken against visitors, this may include fines and/or eviction from the Estate.
- Please be respectful of the residents, both human and animal, at all times.

Wildheart Safari Main can accommodate up to 6 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area. Each bedroom is air-conditioned and contains an extra-length queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bath and a shower, as well as a private outdoor bush shower. Each room has sliding doors opening to a deck. The modern kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering with a double-door fridge-freezer, stove and oven, microwave, kettle and a toaster. It has a serving hatch to the deck. The dining area contains a 6-seater dining table and chairs. The lounge offers leather couches, a ceiling fan, and a Smart TV with Netflix, DStv and Amazon Prime. Free Wi-Fi is available. Stacker doors open to a covered patio deck with outdoor dining furniture, and a lounge area. The deck leads to a plunge pool with sun loungers, and a fire pit and braai area with seating, the ideal place to enjoy the night sky.
