Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R2000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
- No unregistered guests, locals or day visitors without prior arrangement.
- Lost keys = replacement Fee of R750.
- This is a flower farm, be super careful with fire as it causes millions in damage, no fire other than in the braai area at the back.
- Fireplace is ornamental only - no fire in the fireplace in the lounge.
- No smoking indoors - and especially no flicking of cigarette butts into the gardens.
- Report damages immediately, broken glasses count as damage. We don’t usually charge for little mishaps.
- Guests are liable to pay damages - or insurance excess where applicable.
- Extra Clean up will be charged for.
- Cycling is only permitted if you have a permit from Kleinmond Cycling Club, please arrange prior to arrival.
- Please be considerate of our neighbours below by not playing loud music on the deck.
