We would like to reassure you that we take issues seriously and are addressing them.
The window didn’t open well due to corrosion, maintenance made a temporary solution for your stay.
Thank you for reporting that the oven was not working. Yours was the first report of this issue to us and as such we have booked the Miele technicians to fix the High Tech Miele appliance. Miele technicians were, unfortunately, unable to come out over the weekend as a correction we understand that the stove is working, the oven was an issue.
