Lovely.

We had a lovely time, the house is gorgeous and beautifully kitted out. Lovely bathrooms, beautiful gardens and view. Our visit was rainy and cold, so we had a fire in the fireplace in the very comfortable lounge and were able to braai on the inside braai place on the enclosed patio.

Beautiful accommodation ruined by an unfriendly host.

When we got to the accommodation, we called the lady who owns the house to check in and confirm the sleeping arrangements, which she tried to change via WhatsApp despite our booking confirmation. When I called the lady, she became excessively rude to me and hung up the phone. When she did arrive to greet us, she proceeded to point her finger in our faces and scream at not only myself, but my in-laws and husband. She was an extremely rude and aggressive person who immediately ruined our experience at the accommodation. The house is lovely and the views are spectacular, but I will only ever go back to this accommodation if I never have to deal with that person ever again. Never before have I dealt with a ruder and more unpleasant person at any other accommodation, and I truly do hope that she never treats anybody else like that.
