Description
This Cape Georgian-style cottage comprises a bedroom with a queen-size bed. The bedroom is open plan to the living room. The cottage also comprises an en-suite bathroom with an oval bath and a shower, as well as a kitchenette. The cottage has a private entrance, as well as a little garden with an oak bench. The private vine-covered veranda is furnished with a 4-seater wooden table and chairs. The cottage features an overhead fan, a log fireplace, braai facilities, a TV with selected DStv channels, Wi-Fi, tea- and coffee-making facilities, a toaster and kettle, crockery and cutlery, a small fridge, a double hob, and a microwave.

Pets are allowed on request for Honeymoon Cottage only.
A 50% deposit of the rental fee is required upon reservation of the property, with the remaining balance due two days prior to arrival, payable into the designated bank account.
Payment of the deposit will be considered acceptance of the Terms and Conditions, thereby securing the reservation.
Upon arrival, the guest and their invitees are expected to carefully review the Special Instructions provided. The guest is responsible for the conduct of their invitees throughout the rental period and must ensure that the property is used with care, respect, and in compliance with the rules outlined in the Special Instructions.
The maximum occupancy of each house is limited to the specified number of guests.
Any loss or damage to the owner’s property—including the inverter, linen, fixtures, fittings, equipment, or other items—will be assessed solely by Be in Betty's Bay, and the guest will be required to pay for such damages upon demand. Guests must notify Be in Betty's Bay of any losses or damages before departure.
Children must be supervised at all times when using the swimming pool, wooden hot tub, or jacuzzi.
If, for reasons beyond the control of the owner or Be in Betty's Bay, the property becomes unfit for occupancy during the rental period, the guest will receive a refund limited to the period of unavailability. No further compensation will be provided.
The owner and Be in Betty's Bay reserve the right to cancel the booking at any time, before or during the rental period, if the guest or their invitees behave inappropriately or cause a disturbance, at the sole discretion of the owner or Be in Betty's Bay.
Guests must observe the local quiet hours, which begin at 22:00.
The guest confirms that they have received and read the Terms and Conditions set by Be in Betty's Bay Rentals.
