Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
- The apartment is in a residential building, therefore noise levels should be reasonable and kept to a minimum after 22:00.
- Strictly no parties or social gatherings allowed; guests will be asked to leave immediately if complaints are made regarding any form of misconduct in the apartment and/or the public spaces (pool and gym). No funds will be reimbursed in such a case.
- The apartment is for 2 persons max, however arrangements can be made with the owner for an additional 2 persons max, which will incur an additional cost of R350 per person.
- Parking is limited to 1 vehicle parked in the bay assigned to the apartment. The owner will not take any responsibility for the consequences of parking in a different parking bay (such as clamping or towing of the vehicle).
