Full outstanding payment is due 14 days prior to arrival.
All guests are required to sign our booking and indemnity form prior to arrival.
Please note that the accommodation is reached by means of a gravel road which is 48 km long and guests are required to enquire about the condition of the road before booking.
Guests will be communicated the code to enter at the main gate.
There is no cell phone reception at Desert Wind. There is a Wi-Fi hotspot at the reception office.
This is not a pet-friendly establishment.
No quad biking or excessive noise is permitted on the premises.
The establishment's power is run from solar energy and gas for heating.
No smoking is allowed in the units.
Guests will be held liable for any damages or breakages during their stay.
Wood can be purchased on the farm.
