Can be a fabulous place if the owner maintains the place.

The house is in a terrible state and in dire need of maintenance. Two aircons didn't work, the only gas braai's knobs are broken, the backup power system is not working, some doors can't open, and cutlery in general is not up to standard. Lastly, the beds are queen and not king as advertised.
