Much better. There are things that need improvement in that house.

Both fridges were not working properly. Air conditioners were not working properly. We lost a lot of food due to the fridge.

Lovely villa with a great view.

We really enjoyed staying at Zimbali House ZBT1 and would love to come in December.

It was very disappointing with the amount of loadshedding.

The agent was not helpful. We tried calling her when we got there, she refused to answer. Then message us and say phone the welcome center if need help after hours. We weren't explained anything, we didn't even know why there was no power until we went asked the security whats going on. And so much of our food got spoilt because we weren't told to put the switch on for the fridge after loadshedding or how it even works.
