House Rules
Due to premises being located within a flight path, the use of drones is strictly prohibited.
Quite hours are between the hours of 10 pm – 6 am Monday to Sundays.
Music and noise must at all times be unobtrusive and kept within reasonable levels to avoid creating a disturbance or nuisance to fellow residents.
The keys, access card, and code should not be shared with anyone except persons booked at the unit. Lost keys and access card will incur a replacement fee.
Washing is not permitted to be hung anywhere on a balcony or from windows.
Refuse bags should not be left outside the unit; they should be disposed of in the wheely bins located in the basement parking Refuse Room (North End of Building).
