House Rules
Only registered guests are allowed on the premises. Additional visitors are only permitted with prior written approval from the guesthouse.
Pets are not allowed on the premises.
Guests may not remove towels, bedding, utensils, furniture, equipment, or other fixtures from the rooms or other areas of the Guesthouse. Missing items after departure may result in replacement charges.
As a shared space, guests are expected to respect the privacy of others and maintain a peaceful environment. Loud noise, yelling, or disruptive behavior is not permitted. Complaints of excessive noise or unruly conduct may result in eviction without a refund. Alcohol is permitted, but disruptive behavior is not tolerated.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the units. Gambling and the use of illegal substances are not allowed. Eating or drinking on the bed is also not permitted.
For stays longer than 3 days, rooms will be cleaned every 3 days or as per guest requirements. Garbage must be disposed of in the designated bins.
Guests must turn off all lights and electrical appliances when not in use or leaving the unit. Doors must always be locked, as the guesthouse is not responsible for lost or damaged belongings.
