Aldo Scribante Race Circuit
Description
Aldo Scribante Race Circuit is a motor racing track situated on the outskirts of Port Elizabeth, Eastern Cape. The 2.48km tarmac surfaced race track is tight and narrow, demanding inch perfect driving and setup to achieve good lap times. The circuit is run by Algoa Motor Sport Club while racing is controlled by the Ibahyi Race Club under the Terry Moss Racing Trust.
Circuit racing sections include: - Regional Motor Saloon Cars: Eastern Cape Saloon Car Championship (ECSCC) - Regional Motor Cycles: Port Elizabeth plays host to the PE200, one of South Africa's oldest and most prestigious motorcycle races. - Historic, Classic, and Marque Motor Cars - Street Car Challenge
The circuit also hosts: - Drags - Gymkhana track days - Motorcycle track days - A round of the Wesbank Super Series National Championship
