Darling Brew
Description
Darling Brew is a craft brewery in the farming community of Darling, a picturesque town in the Western Cape. Their recently opened taproom, the Slow Quarter, is located on the Main Road of Darling and offers excellent pairings of craft beers with a selection of light meals.
One of the delicious appetisers you could look forward to is tempura prawns done in a Darling Brew Bone Crusher batter served with a spicy barley salad. The orange peel and coriander ingredients in this witbeer really enhance the prawn flavour. The Bone Crusher beer pairs beautifully with this meal. You could also try a Darling made cheese and meat platter served with biltong paté, Darling Brew bread, and a variety of tapas that goes superbly with their Slow Beer. For groups larger than 8, please book in advance to avoid disappointment.
