The wines of De Heuvel have flown around the world, and apart from winning numerous awards and certificates, they have become the wine of choice to serve in Kenyan spas, as well as on Singapore International Airlines’ Business Class.

The estate offers wine tastings and tours during the week, with advanced booking advised. Johan Meyer, the owner of De Heuvel, has a hands-on approach to every aspect of wine making, and you’ll often find him pruning the vines himself. Apart from their wine range, they’re known for fantastic olive oil. The olives are picked during the cooler months of the year, and are then placed in brine and sold.
