Description
Lesedi Multicultural Village, situated within the Cradle of Humankind in Gauteng, is a thrilling attraction for those willing to learn about the traditions and cultures of the African people. With 5 traditional homesteads, including colourful Ndebele homes, thatched Xhosa rondevels, Zulu beehive huts, as well as Pedi and Basotho homesteads, visitors are promised a truly authentic experience.
Visitors wh arrive in the late afternoon and are welcomed in the traditional African way with a suitable escort to their village. Once settled in, they will then have the chance to discover and learn about the different cultures of the people of Lesedi. As the sun sets, guests are ushered to the boma for traditional singing and dancing, followed by a Pan African buffet in the Nyama Choma Restaurant.
The next morning is welcomed in with the sounds of the maskande guitar or squash box with a full English breakfast served in the restaurant.
