Sheffield Beach

Sheffield Beach is a lovely beach situated just north of Salt Rock, only 10 minutes from Ballito, KwaZulu-Natal. Offering sheltered coves and safe rock pools, Sheffield Beach is one of the best places to enjoy a day in the sun.

The rocks of Sheffield Beach give way to a perfect bathing area, and the coastline offers some of the most beautiful coves and rock pools for snorkelling and spear fishing (permit required). There are regular sightings of dolphins and whales from the beach in the winter season. Other activities in the area include surfing, horse riding, and golf. You will find a variety of restaurants, pubs, and shops nearby.
