The Theatre on the Square is the life and soul of the Nelson Mandela Square in Sandton, Johannesburg, offering a vibrant array of theatrical entertainment for the young and old. The 200-seater theatre has hosted over 450 productions, including plays, musicals, lunch hour, and children’s theatre in its many years. It has recently received 24 Naledi nominations, 4 Naledi winners, and several awards for theatre excellence, cementing its authority as a world-class theatre.
