"Vir ons is dit die beste oorslaapplek vir ons eindbestemming. Die paaie in die hele dorp is in 'n patesiese toestand! Eetplekke, veral in die aande is maar eina! Besienswaardigehede is onbekend aan ons en kan dus nie aanbevelings maak nie."

"It was disappointing to see that the Cradock four memorial was not included on the list of things to see/do in Cradock. We went to see the memorial site because we knew about it but it was closed on Saturday which was also very disappointing."
"There are certinaly a few hidden historical gems in the town e.g. the old Anglican and Methodist churches for which we enjoyed an impromptu tour. Pity that the local council does not appreciate this so not much is done in maintaining the places. A few new eateries have popped up since my last visit in 2021, which I enjoyed trying out: Kommetjies Restaurant makes the best pizzas I've tasted in town and True Living Old Karoo Deli is a great spot for breakfast as they open a bit earlier than the other cafe's in town."

"Plattelandse dorpies in Suid-Afrika gaan maar agteruit. Cradock is nog redelik netjies, en Bergsebrapark is spesiaal. Jy soek verniet lekker warm water by Cradock Spa, die plek bestaan net in internetadvertensies, en is nou toegemaak."
"Roads are shocking in the Eastern Cape, which is no fault of the rate- and taxpayers. PE itself sets low standards. But the folk are warm and friendly which makes the visitor's stay worth it for drives and natural attractions."
