Description

This beautiful self-catering home is a family’s delight, situated in Arniston, within 100 m from the beach.

This house can accommodate 7 guests in total and comprises 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area. The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a view of the street side. The second bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds. The third bedroom is furnished with 1 double bed and an adjoining bathroom with a shower, basin and toilet. The fourth bedroom is furnished with a single bed with a basin in the room. There is one guest toilet and two additional bathrooms: the first bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet, and basin, and the second bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet, basin, and a small bath for toddlers. All linen and bath towels are provided; however, guests are required to bring their own swimming towels.

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. There is also an indoor braai area. In addition, there’s also a dishwasher, and washing machine as well as a small ice machine for guests’ convenience. The kitchen leads out to the open-plan dining and lounge area which also features a large dining table, pool table for guests' entertainment and seating area. The lounge has comfy couches and a TV with Netflix and Showmax cable streaming. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.

Guests also have access to private outdoor braai facilities. Off-street parking in front of the house. The house is equipped with an alarm system, front & back door security gates and burglar bars.
