Met expectations and more.

House is equipped with everything, ice machine, washing machine, dishwasher, iron, potjie pot, braai grids. You literally just take your clothes and food. We absolutely loved the location, close to Tuckshop Beach and hotel.

Stay was not what was expected.

House is definitely worth the money. Bathrooms and baths and showers are terrible and geysers make strange loud noises.

2. Customer service - please advise how we can improve this service as we have emailed and WhatsApped the details of check-in and check-out, the contact person that will meet you on arrival and check out, and also requested an estimated arrival time prior to your stay.
3. Security 2/5, the house is fitted with an alarm system, 2 security gates, burglar bars and off-street parking - could you kindly advise?
4. Regarding the bathrooms, we are happy to assist. The images on our profile does show the bathroom detail. We're not sure about the geyser noise, we apologise for this and will attend to it.

Home away from home.

Thank you for letting us celebrate my 50th birthday in your spacious home, just a 3-minute walk from the beach and hotel. The house is even bigger than it looks in the photos! We loved the high-quality crockery, cutlery and having two fridges was so convenient. The gas stove saved us during loadshedding, not to mention the rechargeable lighting in the living room was a thoughtful touch. The beds were super comfy and the indoor braai was great. But the real highlight was the pool table which we looked forward to using. We can't wait to come back for a longer stay to enjoy your collection of paperbacks. 1 Tip: Please consider placing a visible number on the property for easier navigation. Thank you again for the wonderful experience. Your hospitality and attention to detail made my celebration truly memorable.

Lekker huis, goed toegeruste kombuis!

Heerlik gebly. Het net 'n stoep gemis en ook dalk vir veiligheid om toe te maak teen straat. Verder was dit die perfekte huis vir die naweek as gesin met tieners. Somer of winter.
