Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R3000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Daily cleaning services can be arranged at an additional cost per day. If you're booking is longer than 5 days a 2nd linen change will be done at an additional charge per room. If guests are booking for less than 7 days, they are advised to enquire about the cleaning fee.
Sundays and Public Holidays are not included at these rates. Rates for services on these days per request.
Please note that if guests damage anything, the costs of replacing the item will be dependent on how the supplier sells them in specified quantities, as many items cannot be bought as a single item, courier and admin costs will be levied against the deposit. Once this has been deducted the balance will be refunded. Crockery is supplied in certain quantities and cannot be purchased in smaller quantities, as these are bought at hotel suppliers and not normal retail stores.
Please take note of any defects, such as dirty couches or linen, and report it immediately after checking in to prevent any unfair deductions from your deposit as it will be deducted from the deposit if not mentioned before.
