Comfy snow adventure.

We only spent 1 night at the cottage as it was a last minute decision to go on a snow adventure. The cottage itself was cold, but there are 2 fireplaces. So once those were lit, the cottage warmed up nicely. The beds and furniture are very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need and more. The host was incredibly accommodating; she even dropped off a heater for my parents' room and extra blankets. There are dogs on the property who seem intimidating at first, but they soon become your best friends. The mountain views are spectacular, especially after a snowfall. We went on a hunt in the morning to find snow, and we did! Not at the cottage, but en route to Matroosberg. We will be back, and we'll stay in their other cottage which is closer to the mountains.
