Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R3000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
No noise after 22:00. Noise during daytime should be controlled and should be for your ears only. Valid noise complaints received will result in your security deposit being withheld. No warnings will be issued and no negotiation around noise disturbance.
Breakage deposits will be refunded 7 days after check-out. It is the guest’s responsibility to provide us with banking details for the refund.
No parties.
No smoking/vaping/hookah pipes are allowed indoors. Guest may smoke in designated areas around the house and on the outdoor patio/balcony area. Please dispose of your cigarette butts in a responsible manner. Should staff be required to clean this. The additional cleaning fee will be recovered from the security deposit. No exceptions.
All doors and windows are to be closed and locked when not on the premises.
A valid skippers license is required to operate a motorized boat or Jet Ski. A fee is payable to the boat-club when making use of a private boat, kayak, etc.
Pets are allowed by arrangement. Guests are responsible for their pets. Any damages caused by pets will be for the guest's account. Please be kind and clean after your pet.
No speeding in the estate. Please keep to the speed limit. Your security deposit will be held to settle any fines incurred as a result of non-compliance to the rules of the estate and property.
Should the security deposit not be sufficient to pay for damages and/or potential fines you will be charged on the spot. Failure to comply will result in you being requested to leave the property and estate without any form of compensation for unused days. Guest will not be entitled to any refund as a result of non-adherence to the rules accepted when confirming your booking.
