Breakage Deposit

House Rules
Houses and apartments are booked strictly based on the number of beds available. The number of people in the unit at any time (including children) may not exceed the number booked for.
The accommodation does not take bookings for groups of adults.
No day visitors are allowed or from other units.
No loud music, noise and parties are allowed at any time of the day or night. Quiet times are between 20:00 and 08:00
The responsible tenant must be 25 years or older.
All outstanding fees are due 2 weeks prior to arrival for off-season times, and 1 month for in-season times via cash, EFT and bank deposits are paid. Your breakage deposit will be on the 7th and 21st day of each month depending on which date closest to guests' departure date will be refunded.
No pets are allowed.
Smoking inside the unit is not allowed.
Cleaning services are available at an additional cost, only on weekdays.
The unit must be left tidy, with few dirty dishes.
Two extra guests are welcome at an extra fee per person and guests will sleep on a sleeper couch.
