- Toilets on the premises use a septic tank. Please do not flush any foreign or non-biodegradable items.
- Please note that Kaapschehoop does not receive any municipal services. This means that each site must provide its own rubbish, waste, sewage services and water. We, therefore, ask that services be used sparingly.
- Guests who plan to arrive after 19:00 must make arrangements and inform the hosts.
- Kaapsche Draai is private property and the right of access is reserved.
- No refunds will be due to guests after payment and access to units have been obtained. Refunds will only be considered if the terms of the booking allow for it.
- Guests who do not show up for their reservation or only stay for part of their reservation will not be entitled to any refund.
- Guests enter the premises at their own risk.
- The owner and staff will not be held responsible for any claims by guests for loss or damage to any property, safety or injury of any kind.
