- Kaapsche Draai is private property and the right of access is reserved.
- No refunds will be due to guests after payment and access to units have been obtained. Refunds will only be considered if the terms of the booking allow for it.
- Guests who do not show up for their reservation or only stay for part of their reservation will not be entitled to any refund.
- Guests enter the premises at their own risk.
- The owner and staff will not be held responsible for any claims by guests for loss or damage to any property, safety or injury of any kind.
