Karoo Country Inn is located in Middelburg and is the ideal overnight stop for those travelling to Johannesburg from Durban, Gqeberha (Port Elizabeth), the Garden Route and Cape Town. Built-in 1853, this is a beautifully restored Cape Victorian hotel.

Accommodation is available in 23 guest suites which are able to accommodate between 2 to 4 adults, and are each individually styled and furnished. Each room contains air-conditioning, electric blankets, an en-suite bathroom, a TV with selected DStv channels, and tea- and coffee-making facilities.
